SPRINGFIELD, Mo. — The Westbound I-44 off-ramp to Glenstone Avenue will be closed starting next week for new ramp pavement installation as part of MoDOT’s plan to improve I-44 in Springfield.
MoDOT says improvements to the I-44 to Glenstone Avenue off-ramp (exit 80) begin on Monday, Feb. 16, and will continue for up to 21 days.
There will be no signed detours, and drivers will have to find alternate routes during this temporary closure, according to MoDOT. Both lanes of I-44 and the U.S. 65 ramp to I-44 (exit 82) will still be open…
