SPRINGFIELD, Mo. — The City of Springfield says it is reviewing its trash and recycling code for potential changes and is asking residents to provide their input.
According to the city, Chapter 94 of the City Code, which governs trash and recycling services, has not been updated in years, leading to confusion, inconsistent services and other challenges.
