The owners of popular drive-thru coffee chain 7 Brew are suing the owner and a former employee of the company that manufactures its modular buildings, according to a court document.
Club 37 LLC, owned by Ron and Lisa Crume of Benton County, Arkansas, is suing Lee and Leanna Loveall for “gross mismanagement, self-dealing, conversion, and fraud.”
Club 37 LLC is suing the Lovealls on behalf of Creative Modular Construction, since the Crumes own half of the company and Lee Loveall owns the other half. CMC was created in March 2021, court records said, to “serve as the exclusive modular building manufacturer for the 7Brew Coffee Chain.”…
