SPRINGFIELD, Mo. — A Springfield-area doctor is being sued by his ex-wife and her boyfriend, who say he repeatedly looked up their medical records through CoxHealth systems without a valid reason and later used private information to allegedly embarrass them and cause financial harm.
Jessica Scott and Jeffrey Harper filed the lawsuit Tuesday, Feb. 24, in Greene County Circuit Court.
