SPRINGFIELD, Mo. — A Springfield man is in custody after an incident near Buc-ee’s on Wednesday, Feb. 25.
According to online court dockets, Duane Holland, born in 1985, has been charged with unlawful use of a weapon in Greene County Circuit Court.
The probable cause statement says the victim was in the right lane, leaving Buc-ee’s, when he attempted to pass Holland, who was driving a pickup and trailer that was in the left lane.
As the victim tried to pass the vehicle, Holland swerved his vehicle toward the victim, which caused the vehicle to partially drive off the road to avoid a collision, the statement said…
