Using your cell phone while driving is a big no-no… so much so that it’s illegal. Yet the City of Springfield has a billboard at the intersection of Sunshine and Kansas Expressway with a giant QR code on it. Nick finally used his phone to scan it, and it takes you to a message about helping the homeless at intersections without creating hazards. But wait a minute… how is it not a hazard to encourage drivers to pull out their phones, something that’s illegal, to scan the sign in the first place?
