SPRINGFIELD, Mo. — A Springfield man is in custody after being pursued by law enforcement on Wednesday, March 11.
According to online court dockets, Niko Phillips, born in 2002, has been charged with felony aggravated fleeing a stop and with a misdemeanor of operating a motor vehicle in a careless and imprudent manner.

The probable cause statement says the Missouri State Highway Patrol (MSHP) requested assistance around 9:50 p.m. on Wednesday, as they followed an orange Ford Mustang around the area of S. Kansas Expressway and W. Sunset Street in Greene County.
