Springfield, MO – A brief shot at light sprinkles or even a few flurries could brush parts of central Missouri Tuesday evening before a dramatic warm-up sends temperatures soaring toward summer-like levels by the end of the week.
According to the National Weather Service in Springfield, a 15 to 20 percent chance of light precipitation will develop north of Interstate 44 and east of Interstate 49 between 5 p.m. and midnight Tuesday.
