School bus driver uses sign language to connect with deaf and hard of hearing students

SPRINGFIELD, Mo. (InvestigateTV) — A bus driver for Springfield Public Schools is using a skill he learned decades ago to make sure children who are deaf and hard of hearing feel understood.

At Holland Elementary School in central Springfield, the district’s deaf and hard of hearing program serves children from all over the district.
