On the fourth floor of Pummill Hall, delicious food and learning experiences are being cooked up. At Carrie’s Café, a student-run cafe, is preparing students for the food industry.
Operated through the School of Hospitality and Agricultural Leadership at Missouri State University, Carrie’s Café is solely student-run. This spring, the café returns with the first-ever dual menu: a French Bistro theme for the first four weeks, then followed by a Coastal Mediterranean café.
