The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported the arrest of Carles R. Fisher, 60, of Butler, Missouri, on March 27, 2026, at 4:18 PM in Greene County. Fisher was charged with driving while intoxicated (alcohol) and leaving the scene of a crash. He was released to family following the arrest.
