BUFFALO, Mo. — A young child was found crying alone in a parked SUV outside a Dollar Tree while the father was inside the store for about 16 minutes, according to a police report.
Online court records say Austin Kory Lane Craig, born in 2003, of Marshfield, is charged with first-degree child endangerment creating a substantial risk, a Class D felony.
