NIXA, Mo. — The district is reminding parents, students, and the community that it will have a heavy presence of first responders for its annual docudrama.
Emergency personnel will be present at Nixa High School today as part of a production that is mean to encourage students to make positive decisions regarding driving, distracted driving, and drug use. It’s taking place today, Monday, April 20 around 1 p.m.
This is an annual event for the school district, and they want to remind the public that this is not an actual emergency event. The goal will be to make it seem as real as possible to communicate the importance of the situation to students. To do this, the district and city involves as many first responders as possible…
