STONE COUNTY, Mo. —A Stone County man is in custody after being accused of driving drunk and using a cane to injure a person on Wednesday, April 22.
According to online court dockets, Dalton Miller, born in 1999, of Kimberling City, has been charged with felonies of third-degree assault and armed criminal action. He has also been charged with a misdemeanor of DWI.
