I’m a fan of the underdog. That’s why I was happy to see a Missouri place that’s not named St. Louis or Kansas (no offense intended, metro people) acknowledged as having one of the best brunches in the state.
What is brunch anyway?
There’s a mysterious time period that’s not quite breakfast, but not really lunch either. It’s both which is where “brunch” comes from. Truth be told I’m one of those scary individuals (Editor’s Note: tell us something we don’t know) that enjoys what most people would consider breakfast food for dinner sometimes, too.
