BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WBRC) – A North Carolina man appeared in federal court this week after allegations that he voted multiple times in the same election across two states, officials said.
According to an indictment, 68-year-old Forrest Scott Woody, of Hendersonville, North Carolina, illegally voted more than once in the 2024 general election.
