The Alabama Supreme Court on Friday declined to review the failed appeal of a Hartselle man who poisoned his wife with lead.
Brian Mann, 38, was convicted by a Morgan County jury last year of attempted murder. Authorities said he gave his wife vitamin supplements laced with lead taken from his Decatur chiropractic office.
