CALMER DAYS: Alabama’s weather will be rain-free this week with summer-like afternoons, and pleasant nights. Afternoon highs will be generally in the upper 80s and low 90s, but morning lows will be between 58 and 65 degrees most mornings.
FRIDAY AND THE WEEKEND: A cold front will pass through the state Friday night. Moisture will be very limited, and for now we aren’t expecting any meaningful rain with the front. Maybe a brief, isolated shower somewhere across the Tennessee Valley. Much cooler air arrives just in time for the weekend. Expect sunshine in full supply both days with highs in the 70s and lows in the 40s and 50s. It will be a delightful autumn weekend…
