(Alabama)– According to Alabama’s WVTM 13 News, this past Saturday, Jan. 20, 2024, authorities responded to a shooting at a home that left three people injured and one person deceased after an altercation took place.

Life-saving measures on 20-year-old Cayden Nolan were attempted, but unfortunately, Nolan succumbed to his injuries. Officials say that two other victims were hospitalized with critical injuries, but are stable, and the fourth victim suffered non-life threatening injuries.

After an investigation, 22-year-old Dallas Eugene Clark, 23-year-old Zachary Tyler Smith, and 21-year-old Jarret Tyler Booth were each charged with one count of murder and three counts of attempted murder.
