Volunteers from our area are on their way to help provide relief to those impacted by Hurricane Helene. Nine Indiana region Red Cross volunteers have been deployed already. Lisa and Mike Murtha from Monticello are on the road to Alabama, where they will be providing disaster relief for those hit by Hurricane Helene.
