CULLMAN, Ala. (WAFF)- Libraries across the state had to make big policy changes recently, because of new rules enacted by the Alabama Public Library Service in July. Under those new rules, libraries can lose their state funding if obscene, sexually explicit, or inappropriate material is located in the children or teens section of the library.
