SHELBY COUNTY, Ala. (WBRC) – A Helena police officer is joining a statewide team trying to spot trends that put our kids at risk. Governor Kay Ivey appointed Sgt. Adam Sample to the state’s child death review board. This review board is part of the states child death system through the public health department.
