By now it is no secret that when Halloween approaches, celebrities dress as one another with some involving their kids. This year, Breakfast Club radio co-host DJ Envy and his wife Gia Casey approved their 8-year-old daughter London dressing as female rapper Lil’ Kim for Halloween, causing an uproar on the Internet by X, formerly known as Twitter, users.
Envy posted the video on X, showing that the family FaceTimed the real Lil’ Kim to show her the Halloween outfit. In the video, Kim asked if they were taking pictures, and Envy replied laughing, “No, we’re about to do a video.” The video then transitions to the family’s recreated version of Lil’ Kim’s Crush on You video, featuring Lil’ Cease played by Envy.
The video has more than 7 million views, with many disliking it and questioning the couple’s parenting and judgment skills in today’s society.
