Alaska House of Representatives pass voter registration reform bill

FAIRBANKS, Alaska (KTVF) – The Alaska House of Representatives passed a voter registration reform bill on Friday, February 2. The bill directs the Alaska Division of Elections to send notices to voters that have not voted in two years or are not currently living in Alaska. That voter would then have 45 days to respond, or risk losing their active status in the voter rolls.
