From a gold medal winner in the Paris Summer Olympics to a local man cashing in on a pot of gold, the seaside town of Homer is producing some real winners lately. Homer native Jules Ravin took home $13,385,691.40 Monday after winning the weekly Lotto Alaska jackpot on Sunday.
