YUMA (AZFamily) — Residents in Yuma’s Tierra Mesa neighborhood say their water bills have doubled or tripled, with some reaching hundreds of dollars. Some say they are worried about affording future bills and have considered moving.
Jesus Rosillo says his family has reduced its water use, but the bills keep rising. Residents also say that when they dispute high bills, they are sometimes told they may have a leak or are using too much water.
