You may have guessed it, but we have seen WAY above-average precipitation in California, Oregon, Arizona, and Nevada over the last month. Repeated atmospheric rivers produced widespread heavy rain, flooding, and snow on the West Coast. Now, more rain chances are on the way, which brings the potential of additional flooding as more rain piles up on already saturated grounds.
