AG Kris Mayes Announces Sentencing in Multi-State Fentanyl Trafficking Case

PHOENIX – Attorney General Kris Mayes announced today the sentencing of Lino Bol, a member of a multi-state drug trafficking organization that operated in Arizona, Texas, Iowa, North Dakota, Nebraska, and Illinois.

Bol was part of a group responsible for the distribution of fentanyl across state lines, according to Mayes.

“My office will continue to work tirelessly to dismantle drug trafficking organizations that ship fentanyl into Arizona and our local communities,” said Mayes.

“I’m proud of the dedicated agents, investigators, and prosecutors at the Attorney General’s Office who are working every day to protect Arizonans. Those engaged in illicit drug trafficking should be on notice that my office, along with our law enforcement partners, will find you and bring you to justice.”

According to law enforcement, Bol and other members of the criminal enterprise were identified through an investigation into financial, shipping, and phone records.

The investigation revealed that Bol’s group was involved in shipping large quantities of fentanyl to dealers in several states.
