Arizona has a litany of weird and wacky laws that make no sense at face value. What do you mean it’s illegal to have a missing tooth, but only if you’re smiling?. Many of these jokey or useless laws tend to be forgotten, and force no real change. One, though, wacky as it sounds, is doing an excellent job at keeping fun… fair.
