Westbound Loop 202 was closed at Loop 101 in the East Valley Sunday after an early-morning crash near Scottsdale Road, according to the Arizona Department of Transportation.
ADOT said it had no estimated time for reopening.
The closure came while another nearby route, U.S. 60 westbound, was closed between Loop 101 and Interstate 10 for sign work.
