PHOENIX (AZFamily) – A cold storm system arrives in Arizona on Tuesday, bringing gusty winds, a drop in temperatures and limited rain and snow chances. In the Valley, temperatures are mainly in the 40s during the morning hours, with a few outlying areas in the upper 30s. Look for a high of 71 degrees today with mostly clear skies this morning and partly cloudy skies this afternoon with a slight chance of light showers developing later today.
