BENTONVILLE, Ark. — Bryan and Terri Rose renewed their vows Wednesday, marking the first time a “Wish Upon a Wedding” event took place in Arkansas.
Wish Upon a Wedding is a program similar to ‘Make a Wish’ that grants couples where one person has a terminal illness their last wishes.
