Arkansas Attorney General Tim Griffin approved the title for the Arkansas Right to Abortion amendment Jan. 23. The decision allowed the third draft of the amendment to continue onto the next stage, which includes achieving enough signatures to get it onto the spring 2024 Arkansas ballot and potentially secure limited protections for abortion in Arkansas.
