FULTON COUNTY, Ark. (KY3) – A man from Arkansas has been charged in connection to a crash that killed a 17-year-old girl in January 2024. According to Arkansas court records, 43-year-old Evan French of Mammoth Spring is charged with negligent homicide, two counts of endangering the welfare of a minor, and driving while intoxicated.
