FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – On August 23, Arkansas State Police made a series of arrests and issued citations during an eight-hour operation in Northwest Arkansas. Between 6 p.m. and 2 a.m., troopers arrested 5 people for driving while intoxicated, made 39 criminal arrests, and 33 arrests for people with outstanding warrants.
