LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – AP has called that Arkansas voters have accepted Arkansas Issue 1 on election day.
Tuesday at 9 p.m., with more than 7% of the votes counted, the secretary of state shows 117,584 votes for and 16,386 votes against the measure.
Issue 1 willmake changes to accessing lottery scholarship proceeds. It called for scholarship funds to be available to vocational or technical training students.
