This time of year, many high school seniors are searching for scholarship opportunities to make their higher education goals a reality. Through the company’s foundation, OG&E offers a $60,000 scholarship each year to three students pursuing degrees in STEM fields at colleges in Oklahoma and Arkansas. This year’s Positive Energy Scholarship application opened in October and closes February 15 – so there is still time for seniors to apply! The need for financial support is part of the scholarship criteria, so these are often life-changing for students who may not otherwise be able to realize their dream of getting a degree.
