Fan-Created Whoppers Hit the Menu: Burger King Unveils Three New Sandwiches, Two Originated in CA

Burger King is spicing up its menu with three fan-designed Whoppers set to debut at participating locations later this fall. Following the chain’s Million-Dollar Whopper Contest, which invited participants to create their ideal Whopper for a chance to win $1 million, the finalists’ creations are now ready to tantalize taste buds.

Two of the winning sandwiches hail from California: the Fried Pickle Ranch Whopper, featuring a flame-grilled beef patty topped with pickle ranch, fried pickles, bacon, and Swiss cheese; and the Maple Bourbon BBQ Whopper, which includes maple bourbon BBQ sauce, crispy onions, jalapeƱos, maple bacon seasoning, and bacon. The third creation, from Nebraska, is the Mexican Street Corn Whopper, loaded with street corn spread, Southwest-seasoned tortilla crisps, and Mexican spicy queso.

These innovative Whoppers promise to deliver bold flavors and unique twists on the classic burger, making for an exciting fall treat.
