Previously, seniors and military members enjoyed discounts of up to 30%, while tag sales provided deals on items marked with specific colors. The reasoning behind the decision remains unclear, according to media reports.
Goodwill plans to focus on its Perks Plus loyalty program, which is free to join. Members can collect and redeem points and coupons and gain access to exclusive promotions, according to published reports.
