Law enforcement K-9s can sniff out money and drugs, track suspects and missing children, and they can apparently also rappel down the sides of buildings.
The Douglas County Sheriff’s Office in Colorado recently shared photos and a video showing their K-9s undergoing rappelling training, even in the rain.
“K-9 rappelling…yes, it’s a thing,” the sheriff’s office wrote on social media. “This training has come in handy time and time again during real-world deployments.”
