This Colorado spot got 2 feet of snow Saturday

DENVER (KDVR) — Saturday was a snow day for much of Colorado, with many parts of the state receiving several inches of snow throughout the day .

Denver International Airport recorded 5.5 inches of snow from the storm, but that was nothing compared to some areas in the metro area or the state.

Crested Butte in Gunnison County saw the largest helping of snow, with 24 inches falling over the weekend.

Jefferson County in particular saw a lot of snow accumulation Saturday, including Lakewood, which reportedly received 16.2 inches, according to the National Weather Service.
