ADAMS COUNTY, Colo. (KKTV) – A statewide alert was issued in Colorado Tuesday night for a missing teen. The Colorado Bureau of Investigation is reporting 17-year-old Edgar Armendariz-Borunda was last seen on foot in Adams County on Feb. 28 at about noon. At that time, he was wearing a black shirt with a Puma logo and blue jeans.
