A Colorado Judge has cleared the way for local governments to move ahead with their lawsuit wanting to hold oil and gas companies accountable for climate change damages. District Judge Robert R. Gunning ruled in the case of the lawsuit filed six years ago by the city of Boulder against Exxon Mobil and Suncor Energy.
