A strong cold front and associated low-pressure system will move through the Great Lakes into the Northeast this weekend, creating heavy downpours and the chance for severe weather. Damaging winds (58+ mph) appear to be the primary threat, but a few tornadoes and large hail are also possible through much of the Lower Great Lakes region.
