GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KJCT) -The Cell Phone Connectivity Interim Study Committee advanced three bills last week. The committee studied cell phone connectivity in the state, focusing on areas with little or no service. Committee Chair and Colorado State Representative for House District 26, Meghan Lukens, said bad service exists in both urban and rural areas.
