HUERFANO COUNTY, Colo. (KKTV) – A man who had two DUI convictions in Texas pleaded guilty to killing someone in a DUI crash in Colorado. The Colorado State Patrol (CSP) shared details on the case with the public on Friday. According to CSP, the 3rd Judicial District announced they reached a plea agreement earlier this month with Michael Estrada. Estrada pleaded guilty to 2nd-degree murder with a crime of violence. Estrada had two other DUI convictions in cases from Texas, and will now be convicted of two more DUIs in Colorado, and another stemming from an arrest in January.
