GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KKCO) – Over the weekend, a large amount of rain fell in the valleys. Up in the higher elevations, snowfall replaced some of that rain due to cooler temperatures. Into the early morning hours of this morning, snow showers still existed in the region. We are watching snowfall dissipate within the 6 o’clock hour this morning. Western Colorado will warm up and be left with clear skies. The only thing worth noting is the presence of light clouds.
