PARKERSBURG, W.Va. (WTAP) – Another round of rain is on its way to the MOV, with up to an inch of rain possible on Sunday. The system that dumped a lot of snow on New Mexico and Colorado earlier this week is poised to bring some rain to the MOV Sunday.
