Police arrested two alleged members of a Venezuelan gang in New York City as part of a drug and gun bust, finding that two of the handcuffed men were involved in a viral crime in Colorado.
According to a spokesperson for Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), NYPD tracked down Denyeer Aramillo Meneses, 23, and Edison Pena Angulo, 25, two men allegedly involved with the Venezuelan Tren de Aragua gang that gained notoriety after a video surfaced of them knocking on doors in a Colorado building, armed, surfaced.
The NYPD and Homeland Security Investigations busted 15 members of the Tren de Aragua gang in the Bronx following an extensive probe into alleged drug trafficking and gang-related violence , including these two.

The major “drug trafficking and credit card scam bust” in New York also resulted in the confiscation of an arsenal of guns being held by the gang. The haul included three assault rifles, two pistols, and ammunition.
