Using the most recent data from state regulatory agencies and the research firm Headset, this article highlights the states where consumers can find the lowest average prices for marijuana. Prices are based on the average cost of a gram of dried marijuana flower.

Oregon
$3.57 per gram
In November, the average price per gram of marijuana in Oregon dropped to an all-time low of $3.57, with the cost of an ounce around $80, according to the state’s Liquor and Cannabis Commission . This represents a large 65% decrease from the $10.50 average price when legal marijuana sales began in 2016.
Oregon legalized marijuana in 2014, becoming the third state to do so, following Washington and Colorado.
